In the Name, Power, and Authority of the Presence of God I AM within our hearts and in the hearts of all humanity, we call upon the Powers of Light at Shamballa and the Divine Wisdom from the Temple of the Great White Brotherhood: Accept our petitions, and assist us in the work. we desire to manifest upon the Earth through the open doors of our consciousness.

1 . Direct the Cosmic Rays of Truth into the governments of every nation upon the Earth, at local, state, and national levels. Let the WILL OF GOD be manifest in, through, and around all governments, now and forever, fulfilling God's great Divine Plan of perfect government for our Planet.

2. Direct the Cosmic Rays of Truth into the parents, teachers, guardians, and sponsors of the children, so they may release an intensified outpouring of Protection, God Illumination, Divine Love, and whatever is required to protect and awaken the young people to the Light and Truth.

3 . Direct the Cosmic Rays of Truth into the feeling nature of all humanity, charging them with the power and grace of the Holy Spirit. As their Light daily and hourly increases, let all pain and distress upon the face of the Earth be replaced by the Love and Comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Assimilation and Expansion

January: As we enter the final year of this seven year cycle the Seven Steps of Precipitation are now almost complete. As a profound peace begins to permeate the world, visualize the sacred Temple of The Great White Brotherhood within your mind's eye. Focusing your attention upon the Great Hall in the center of the temple complex, observe how its light begins to increase and expand. As this takes place all life on Earth is filled with the ancient wisdom of the ages and God's Perfection now manifests upon the Earth.

February: On the eve of the New Millennium the fiery Hand of God is drawn forth from universal light substance. Guided and directed by the Enfolding Spirit for this year John the Beloved, chelas and lightworkers join their energies to create and hold the base of this sacred chalice of living, loving Light. As it reaches upward and outward from this world into the heavens above, the healing of this planet takes place and peace and brotherhood becomes an integral part of all people everywhere.

March: As the winds of change blow across the face of the Earth, the mighty Elohim of Peace, Tranquility and his divine Complement Pacifica command their great legions to go forth and cover the planet Earth. Wherever they find people who are filled with anger and distrust they touch their minds, hearts and memories and break down all barriers separating us, one from the other, finally bringing harmony, friendship and peace to the entire human family.

As you approach you see the home of the Great White Brotherhood, majestic mountains that meet the feathery clouds of the deep blue sky. The tops of the mountains are covered with glistening snow and in your mind’s eye they appear as natural crystal cathedrals. Looking further, you see a golden translucent portal opening before you. Great beings of light embrace you and enfold you within this sanctuary. Permeating the atmosphere is the quality of reverence for all life, which is the very essence, and foundation of this retreat. Silently you communicate your deep respect to Dwjal Khul and Lord Lanto, who proceed to anchor a strong pulsation of the Precipitation Flame within your heart. In deep humility you are filled with this flame and experience illumination through transformation and purification - becoming one with it. Center yourself in the Three-fold Flame within your heart, and as you do, feel that you are entering the Sacred Temple where your own Holy Christ Self abides. Accept this as the Only Power manifesting in you, as you become ONE with the "I AM" Presence within you. Feel that you are elevated in consciousness and in oneness with the Magic Presence you are traveling to the Temple of the Great White Brotherhood in the etheric realm over the Grand Teton Retreat. As you come closer you clearly see the top of the mountains covered by snow, shaped as a natural cathedral. A Gold and Crystal door is opened for you.

As you enter the Temple, mainly dedicated to the radiation and expansion of the precipitation of the Will of God, you can feel the Reverence for All Life that fills the atmosphere. You enter now the Hall of Flame - the Flame of Precipitation. In front of the Altar, Beloved Djwal Khul, Hierarch of the Temple, awaits you. Reverently you bow before the Flame and before the Beloved Hierarch. The Flame within your heart expands, becoming one with the Flame on the Altar, returning to you as you breathe in, fully charged with the Essence of Precipitation. Beloved Djwal Khul speaks to you:

"Son, how many times have you wanted to learn the impersonal art of conscious precipitation of God's Will? Know that this practice demands a tremendous effort, selflessness and dedication; for you must be sure that your motivation is God's Will, not egoism. Then you must create a mental pattern, using your freewill to energize it, until it penetrates into your higher consciousness. Remember, to precipitate, you must first of all revere the energy of all Life coming from the FATHER-MOTHER GOD".

Now, knowing that you are charged with the Power of Precipitation, visualize yourself as a member of the Temple of Precipitation, creating a mental pattern of humanity living in harmony, sharing as brothers all that the Father has given to us in abundance.

You see now the children coming into embodiment, like cascades of Light, bringing to the Earth a message of Love and Freedom; of understanding and Peace. Take now this thoughtform to our eternal Father-Mother God as you pray:

"Oh Lord of All Life, may the Transmuting Power of the Violet Fire purify and restore the Earth for the incoming children, and may they and their homes be granted special guardians so they will not be deviated from their Original Plans to become the Perfect Humanity, establishing the Perfect Pattern on Earth!"

As a rain of Light the blessings of God seal the Planet, as you visualize millions of Angels of the Blue Sword welcoming these children as the Christ - Grown to Full Stature - stands gloriously in the center of the Earth.
