Invocation

Oh, thou Divine Source of life; we bow before thee in Gratitude, Praise and Thanksgiving for being cells in the Heart of thy Being... and from this day we greet the Activity of Light and Truth which has been developed by Lady Vesta, Goddess of the Sun who, many eons ago, qualified with her beloved Helios to become the Sun Goddess of our System.

Oh Great Vesta! Sweet Divine Mother! We greet thy Name! We greet thy Flame! Thy Light! Thy Love!

Thou who hast invested in us the Authority and Dignity of representatives of the Sun!

Thou who hast taken the responsibility for guiding a System of Worlds!

Thou who has taken the responsibility for investing life, time, energy, intelligence in the Cause of Expansion of the Realms of Perfection of the Universe! We love you! We invoke you! We invoke and bless your Presence in this Universe! And from the depth of our hearts we raise our voices as one to the Sun beyond the Sun to open the Cosmic Highways in order that the Light may descend from the Cosmic Belt around the Sun, not only from Vesta, but from Omega too!

Inspirando la sustancia de la Luz Universal desde nuestro Padre-Madre Dios y exhalando la energía perfectamente calificada, YO SOY completamente relajado. Desde mi óvalo de pura Luz Electrónica, pongo mi atención sobre el foco físico de Shamballa y soy gentil y suavemente transportado allí. Reconociéndome como un Ser de Luz, comienzo lentamente a elevarme, ascendiendo al Plano Entérico sobre el Santuario.

Continuando con la respiración suave y profunda, comienzo a percibir la frescura del aire, una suave fragancia y una tenue brisa. Una brillante Luz me envuelve, y – mientras siento su tibieza penetrando mi Ser, me doy cuenta que es el brillante Sol de los amados Helios y Vesta - derramando Sus Rayos en los Planos Etéricos de la Tierra.

Esta Luz me conforta y asegura el amor que nuestros Padres Dios me tienen. Cuando absorbo Su amor, reconozco mi entorno. Yo estoy sentado en una elevada terraza hecha del más puro blanco alabastro. Ella se yergue bajo un brillante Cielo Azul. Desde el ángulo de mi ojo veo una fina cortina ondeándose con la brisa en la abierta entrada de una habitación detrás de mí y percibo, sentado no muy lejos, un gentil compañero vertido de blanco que me sonríe.

Mis sentidos son atraídos a la diafanidad del aire a mi alrededor, luego hacia la exquisita belleza de la terraza- cuyo blanco opalescente revela y refleja una luz con los más hermosos matices de todos los colores, cuando la Luz del Sol brilla sobre ella.

Más allá de la terraza yo contemplo una magnificente extensión de agua azul zafiro. Me doy cuenta que estoy viendo la playa de Long Island Sound en la perfección de su cuerpo entérico.

Sabiendo que estaba sentado en una de las muchas terrazas en el Foco Entérico de Shamballa, Yo cierro mis ojos para inspirar el aire - tan limpio y fragante, resplandeciendo con la Luz Universal de Dios. Mientras absorbo y asimilo la perfección a mi alrededor, siento profunda gratitud por el privilegio de estar aquí.

Mientras llevo mi atención de regreso hacia la belleza que me rodea, una suave brisa acaricia mi piel y abriendo mis ojos me doy cuenta que ha caído la noche. Observo la misma masa de agua, que ahora ha tomado un color Violeta. Sobre este panorama, la Tierra está protegida y rodeada por un aura de azul real.

Mirando aún más alto, veo la Estrella del amado Micah directamente sobre la cabeza, vertiendo Sus Olas de Suave Azul de Unidad. Sentimientos de alegría y gratitud bañan mi ser, mientras soy conciente de la purificación y protección, amor e iluminación que son constantemente brindados, a través de Shamballa, a la Tierra y a todas sus evoluciones. THE ART OF RHYTHMIC BREATHING

We owe much to our physical Sun and those Great Beings Helios and Vesta who reside therein. The Sun pours forth to all light and life-giving substance. We, of course, are aware of the Sun, but we must also know that we can, by our attention, draw into our being, through love and gratitude, the beneficial radiation which is their pleasure to bestow upon all who live, move and have their being on this Earth Planet.

In the following breathing exercise, we ask that you face the Sun if possible―if not visualize the Sun in your mind's eye. As you breathe in, you will raise your arms out from your sides and up until you form a cross, palms facing upward. This position symbolizes complete surrender to our Heavenly Father-Mother God. Now let us begin!

Standing straight, feet together, visualize the golden rays of the Sun pouring toward you and into you as you take a deep, slow breath to the count of four, raising the arms to form the cross. Breathe these rays into your heart, that is: direct the breath into the heart area. Hold the breath to the count of four. Exhale to the count of four, lowering the arms; and as you exhale feel the breath as golden light going out through every pore of your body. Rest to the count of four and repeat the breath seven times. Then, decree with feeling:

"I AM light, I AM light, I AM light. I AM drawing into my being the blessings and love from Helios and Vesta. I AM absorbing this light into every cell of my body. I AM radiant with the light. I AM filled with the Light. I AM grateful, grateful, grateful to the light and I love the light!"
