The Anchorage of a Ray of the Sun of Hercules and Amazonia is a Focus of Light on Earth at “The Middle of the World” Monument in Quito, in the heart of Ecuador. The Sun of Hercules and Amazon maintains its Ray at this point, which Helios declared one of the most important on the Planet. The Ray is sustained until the Earth's Light is brilliant enough to assure her safe passage into her new place in the Universe. The Monument is a Sceptre that serves in the physical balancing of the planet, where great Cosmic Forces coalesce under the supervision of the Deva Rajahs and Ascended Beings.
