BELOVED CO-WORKERS IN FREEDOM'S CAUSE OF LOVE:

In the perfect balance of Divine Love, Wisdom and Power, we call into instantaneous expanding action the beautiful Immortal Three-fold Flame of Eternal Truth within your own beating hearts, the perfection of that Flame to completely saturate your entire beings and worlds with all the beauty, purity, joy, limitless supply of every good thing and perfection of every kind which you once knew and had with the Father before the world was! This time, when released into outer action at our call, the God-control of your world by this Flame and its ultimate victory for you, shall be kept eternally sustained, all-powerfully active and ever-expanding, until you are wholly Ascended and free. Consciously accept this personally NOW with full power!

As this issue of our little journal is dedicated to the grateful acknowledgment and blessing of the Third Ray and as we have been asked by our gentle readers from time to time why we repeat our decrees three times (whenever possible) each time we give them, we offer here the following good and logical reasons for this practice:

Gratitude and blessings from the hearts of All Who have ascended from the evolutions of mankind and elemental life because of Your mercy, watchful care, kind solicitude and ( infinite service!

On behalf of the life yet bound to the wheel of birth and so-called death, we also send gratitude for Your Presence in the Universe. As each soul released from the body stands before You, we thank You for the interest and mercy with which You study that one, assigning each to the place where the greatest personal improvement and enlightenment will prepare the soul for a new and more progressive Earth life. As each soul called to new birth receives Your benediction, we thank You for allowing that soul the best possible condi- tions for birth, the most harmonious family life, the most purified vehicles of incarnation and greatest opportunity to ( fulfill its individual destiny. No more, dear Karmic Board, shall You be dreaded as an instrument of judgement and punish- ment! Now You shall be known as an instrument of God's mercy, grace and solicitude!
