Lady Quisqueya

Lady Quisqueya, also called Lady Dominicana, is the Silent Watcher of the Dominican Republic, the holy island over which the Perfection of Shamballa pulsates in the ethers. She holds the Immaculate Concept, the Pure Design, for the republic, and her region was assigned to her by the planetary Silent Watcher, Immaculata. Quisqueya, which she gives as the true designation of the land, is a part of the Atlantean Continent whose radiation is now felt by many. She counsels the chelas to persevere in the purification of all life and to remember the Beings of the Four Elements.
