Lord Ling is the God of Happiness, and his Divine Complement is Lady Dawn, the Goddess of Happiness. He belongs to the Fifth Ray of Happiness and represents the Guardian Power of all the happiness drawn forth upon the Earth, charging the vehicles of the chelas with the Cosmic Flame of Happiness. He was Ananda, the Beloved Disciple of Lord Buddha, and before that Moses of the Jewish Dispensation, and he represents the Ascension in the Judaic Dispensation. His Temple, in the “Promised Land of Celestial Joy”, has a Gold Flame with a Pink Radiance of Living Joy; its Musical Keynotes are «Preludium in E major», Bach, and «Arabesque No. 1 in E major (Deux arabesques)», Debussy.
