Lord Vulcan is a Being of Light who offers his particular service to chelas striving to become the Ascended Master Consciousness. His teaching centers on the mastery of the individual consciousness, which he teaches to hold within the Threefold Flame in the heart, where perfect balance rules all outer activity and the Light Ray from the Presence forms a direct line of communication, inspiration and direction.
