The Goddess of Light is one of the Great Sisters of Light who represent the Cosmic Virtues and the Feminine Aspect of Divinity. She is the Guardian, Protector and Radiating Center of Light for the Planet Earth and her attendant evolutions, having made an Eternal Vow to Helios and Vesta to sustain the Light for the Earth. Wherever the darkness is greatest she awaits the call of the children of Earth to help dissipate all shadows of human appearance. She was one of the four Sponsors of the Year 1962, together with the Goddess of Purity, the Goddess of Liberty and the Goddess of Freedom.
